What started as a small boutique on the Champs-Élysées quickly grew into a global empire, renowned for its unparalleled expertise and commitment to authenticity.
In 1995, Christian moved the company’s headquarters to Midtown Manhattan, in the iconic Grand Central neighborhood, to establish a stronger presence in the global luxury market. Today, Luxury Watches World is a household name among watch enthusiasts, offering an exquisite collection of the world’s most sought-after timepieces.

Christian Latouche
Founder & Chairman
A pioneer in the luxury watch industry, Christian’s expertise and dedication have been the cornerstone of our success. His personal collection of rare timepieces is one of the most extensive in the world, and his passion for horology continues to inspire our team.
Background: Born in Paris, France, in 1945, Christian Latouche developed a passion for horology at a young age, inspired by his grandfather’s collection of vintage timepieces. After earning a degree in Business Administration from ESCP Business School Paris, he worked in luxury retail before founding Luxury Watches World in1978.
Career Highlights: The founder, owner and CEO of Fiducial SA, a global accounting company and recognized as a pioneer in the luxury watch market, Christian has been featured in Forbes.
