What’s Covered
Our warranty covers the following:
- Manufacturing Defects: Any issues arising from defects in materials or workmanship.
- Movement Malfunctions: Problems with the watch’s internal movement, such as timekeeping inaccuracies or stoppages.
- Water Resistance: Failure of water resistance due to manufacturing defects (subject to the watch’s rated water resistance level).
Warranty Duration
- New Watches: All new watches come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
- Pre-Owned Watches: Pre-owned watches are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover the following:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper handling.
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or discoloration.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Battery replacement for quartz watches.
- Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, or magnetic fields.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your watch is covered under warranty, follow these steps:

- Ship Your Watch: If necessary, we’ll provide instructions for shipping your watch to our service center. Please include all original packaging and documentation.
- Inspection & Repair: Our team of certified watchmakers will inspect your watch and perform any necessary repairs.
- Return Your Watch: Once the repair is complete, we’ll ship your watch back to you free of charge.

Can I extend my warranty?

What if my watch is no longer under warranty?
We offer repair and servicing for watches outside the warranty period. Contact us for a quote.
Does the warranty cover international customers?
Yes, our warranty is valid worldwide. However, customers are responsible for shipping costs to our service center.
How long does a warranty repair take?
Most repairs are completed within 4–6 weeks, depending on the issue and availability of parts.
What if my watch is damaged during shipping for a warranty claim?
All warranty shipments must be insured. If your watch is damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
